Muffin Break collaborated with Australia’s favourable confectioners, Darrell Lea, back in January 2019.
As the year has progressed, so too did the partnership between these Iconic Australian brands. We provided you, our beloved customers, a unique offering for Muffin Break’s customers, enjoying treats that Australians have come to love.
IMPROVING our Classics
Our customers may not know, but we have a handful of muffins that are baked daily in store, every single day, because they are their favourites!
There are a couple of fruity favourites such as Apple Cinnamon and Blueberry. Another favourite is a little more indulgent for our chocolate-lovers such as our classic choc chip!
And so we wanted to improve our recipe to include Darrell Lea chocolate. Our Choc Chip muffins now feature Darrell Lea choc chips, as they are baked in the oven daily, making them the perfect treat!

THE CHOC SALTED CARAMEL DUFFIN
Arriving in stores in 2021, the newest Duffin and first of the Fancy Collection, is the Choc Salted Caramel Duffin, a mouth-watering donut and muffin fusion. It’s the first of Muffin Break’s luxurious new Fancy Collection.
Made with crispy, buttery layers of pastry, filled with gooey salted caramel, dipped in oozy Darrell Lea chocolate and dusted with gold glitter – YUM!
The Classic Lamington Muffin
We kicked off the partnership in January 2019 with one of our classic Muffin Break creations, the Lamington muffin, featuring Darrell Lea goodness with a coconut rough centre!
Liquorice Muffin Range
Remember when we launched a rare treat for you in April 2019, celebrating International Liquorice Day which falls on April 12th?
Our stores were offering you three new muffins with liquorice ingredients customers that you all come to enjoy:

It is quite a unique product range for Muffin Break, creating fun theatre in store for the teams and our customers.
