A Top Move: New Muffin Break Opens in Australia’s ‘Top End’
A new Muffin Break bakery café opens on Saturday 8th May in the heart of Australia’s ‘Top End’ – Palmerston in the Northern Territory. With a prime location in Gateway Shopping Centre, this is the second Muffin Break franchise for Gayle and Des Purdue.
The Purdues moved into hospitality from a background in Senior Teaching and the Emergency Services. They opened their first Muffin Break four years ago in Coolalinga Central and have thrived, supported by our comprehensive training and ongoing business support for franchisees.

Celebrate With a $2 Coffee on Monday 10th May

The new Muffin Break will be a place to retreat inside the busy shopping centre, with comfortable booth seating and wall sconce lighting that will ensure an intimate and cosy dining experience. It also features beautiful, hand-drawn illustrations of wheat by Australian illustrator Adriana Picker.
