After trading for over 32 years, with 200 stores Australia wide, this family owned franchise will be in the heart of Jesmond – Jesmond Central Shopping Centre! Nathan Reilly, the franchisee at Muffin Break Jesmond, is thrilled to open his first Muffin Break! Born and bred in the Newcastle area, Nathan completed his Bachelor of Law at the University of Newcastle prior to starting his journey in hospitality. Caring by nature, after university he worked at the community legal centre, offering free legal advice to disadvantaged people. “It was an amazing experience which gave me a lifelong passion for people and community.” Having opened his first franchise, Jamaica Blue in Westfield Kotara, 10 years ago, Nathan went on to open two more stores within the greater Newcastle area. Now, Nathan is thrilled to be stepping into the Muffin Break world, whilst strengthening his relationship with the local community, all whilst providing exceptional customer service and great coffee. Nathan felt the decision was easy when choosing to purchase a Muffin Break, “Muffin Break is such an iconic brand, from the products to the coffee! This store will also deliver a complete café dining experience, it’ll be the perfect place to have that catch-up with family or friends, a work meeting or even 2 just to take a break from shopping.
